About AndKnit

Hello, I’m Lisa the owner of AndKnit.

I am an independent hand dyer who specialises in self-striping sock yarns. I am based in Lymm, Cheshire and love everything to do with yarn.

I have had various careers from mechanical engineering to teaching but found my real passion in my dye studio.  I have been dyeing for around 10 years having started with a City and Guilds course and then various dye courses to learn specialist techniques.

I only use the best natural fibre yarns including yak, silk and alpaca.
