Return of faulty goods
If any items are faulty, broken, or damaged please use the 'contact us' form on the website to let us know. Where possible we will replace the faulty items. As our yarn is individually hand-dyed it is not always possible to replace items like for like, in this case, a full refund will be offered. We will pay your reasonable postage costs for returning the item.
Right to change your mind.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.
You must notify us by post or by the 'contact us' form on the website that you wish to exercise your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your order has already been dispatched to you or you have already received it, you must return the items to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. You will have to pay the cost of returning the order to us.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel the contract, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any applicable delivery charges to the method of payment that you used to pay. We will process the refund within 14 days after we have received the items back.
All items returned must be in an unused, clean resalable condition. In the case of yarn, the yarn information band must be intact.
